Your CSV files are never uploaded. They are read and processed only in your browser. We cannot see your orders, products or stock.
Licence check. Your licence code is the order reference from the checkout. It is sent to our server, which asks Stripe whether the order is paid. The code is stored in your browser's local storage so you do not have to enter it again.
Usage counts. We count page views and button clicks per day (for example "report opened", "checkout clicked") without cookies; we do not store IP addresses or any personal identifier. Your browser keeps the traffic source of your visit (for example "google") in session storage until you close the tab.
Payments. Purchases are processed by Stripe (Managed Payments) as merchant of record. Their privacy policy applies to the checkout.
Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes technical connection data to deliver the site.
Libraries. PapaParse and SheetJS are loaded from cdnjs.cloudflare.com.
Legal basis. Licence check and payment: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Hosting, security and anonymous usage counts: legitimate interest in running and improving the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Emails you send us are used only to answer you.
Your rights. You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of data about you, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to the address above. You can also complain to the Austrian data protection authority (Datenschutzbehörde, www.dsb.gv.at).
